About

Mark Buckle

Mark is an experienced marketer who has been involved for some time in the transfer of commercial marketing principles into change management best practice. As a result his work has shifted from working with large corporates on marketing, research, service development/improvement and brand planning programmes, to encouraging large organisations – both private and public sector – to embrace the benefits of genuinely customer-focused organisational development.

Mark’s overall style is warm and engaging; he is a highly focused individual, with a commitment to better understanding and addressing the underlying barriers to change. Mark has a long-standing interest in behavioural change, a real passion which often involves him in the writing of papers and occasional public speaking on ‘people engagement’ issues.
